How to Unlock Ultimates for All Characters in Octopath Traveler 0
This will involve Wishvale, so make sure you are progressing in that storyline. You will need to build a Training Ground for your town. This will have a range of different effects. For starters, you will need to be at level 4 in Wishvale, which requires you to do the quest to get the shop in your town. After reaching level 4 in Wishvale, you will be required to build the Training Ground, which allows you to level up party members when they are not in your party, as you see below:
But that is not all. The Training Ground, when you upgrade it to level 2, will give you the ability to unlock ultimate abilities for characters.
Be forewarned, though, unlocking ultimates in Octopath Traveler 0 is a hefty grind. Each one will require 2000 JP each. However, rest assured, each one is definitely worth it!
