Luminosity Gaming and Steelcase Reveal Chair Partnership

Luminosity Gaming, the gaming brand for Enthusiast Gaming, announced a new partnership with Steelcase. The office design company joins as the official performance seating partner of Luminosity Gaming.

The press release reads, “The partnership underscores both organizations’ commitment to testing the limits and supporting peak performance within the gaming community.”  Luminosity’s content creators and professional players plan to showcase and utilize Steelcase chairs through the agreement.

Both companies plan on displaying the chairs through Luminosity’s content creators, players, and coaches. The aforementioned promotions with creators and players range from community giveaways to sponsored live streams, and more.

Additionally, Head of Luminosity, Alex Gonzalez, wrote about their excitement over the partnership. “[Steelcase] shares our commitment to excellence, innovation, and the overall gaming experience. Our creators and players spend countless hours at their setup on a daily basis…Steelcase’s industry-leading design philosophy aligns perfectly with their needs.”

Steelcase’s Growth Markets Manager, Alexis Heinrich, further called Luminosity “an industry pioneer.”

“[Luminosity]’s core focuses on competitive excellence,” Heinrich continued, “This partnership allows us to tackle one of the biggest pain points for the gaming community: the literal, physical pain that can occur from prolonged sitting and technology usage.”

Who are Steelcase, Enthusiast and Luminosity Gaming

Enthusiast Gaming is an independent gaming media and entertainment company. Their mission statement focuses on their five core pillars: creators, content, communities, games, and experiences. 

Steelcase, on the other hand, focuses on seating and office setups. In their own words, “[Steelcase] design[s] and manufacture[s] innovative furnishings and solutions for the many places where work happens.” They were founded in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1912.
