While known for their work on exciting action titles like Bayonetta and NieR: Automata, Platinum Games likes to mix it up. Today, they announce a new edition of their recent shoot ’em up SOL CRESTA.

The Complete Set includes the main game and all related downloadable content (DLC). The Complete Set is now available for purchase on each of the platforms’ stores, with a limited time offer to commemorate the release.

Overall Thoughts
It’s great seeing Platinum Games mix it up with new genres or unique takes on ones they dabbled with prior. My experience with the developer is with titles like NieR: Automata and Metal Gear Rising: Revengance. Personally speaking, I enjoyed those titles, but I have never played a shoot ’em up from the studio.
The game was originally launched in 2022. Releasing in a new package will encourage many to test their arcade skills in between the many big releases that launched recently and coming soon.
