Once again, Gunnar Optiks blends fashion and function to bring you high-quality eyewear at an affordable price. Thanks to Gunnar, I’ve spent time with their Roswell Glasses, developed in partnership with Alienware.

Out Of This World Quality and Comfort

When Gunnar announced their partnership with Alienware, I knew I wanted to check out the results of this unearthly collaboration. From the moment I pulled the Roswell glasses out of the packaging, I could feel the quality and workmanship in the construction of the polymer frame. These glasses have a solid build that will last. The frames also have rubberized pads on the bridge of the glasses as well as the temple grips, making extended wear more comfortable. The frames feature a ridge that prevents light leakage around the lenses.

With Gunnar’s patented lens technology and G-Shield Plus lens coating that helps against smudging, which I’m constantly dealing with in other glasses, extended use remains clear and easy on the eyes.

Extended Wear Feels Natural

As with other Gunnar products I have worn, use is comfortable and not distracting. The amber lenses do a great job of filtering out blue light and lessening the strain on my eyes as I play games and do other things in front of my monitors.

Accessories That Are Out Of This World

Gunnar’s Roswell line of eyewear comes with a soft “comfy” pouch to keep your glasses protected while not in use. Included with the eyewear and the pouch is a high-quality microfiber cloth that proudly advises you to “Be More Alien.”

The included pouch has the familiar Alienware Logo on one side and a Gunnar logo on the other. The soft and puffy feel makes it seem like a comfy sleeping bag for your Roswell glasses while they aren’t in use.
