Far Cry games have been lauded for their iconic villains, and today we went even deeper into the minds of the villains. It is a twisted rabbit hole, time to fall in.
Ubisoft’s presentation of Far Cry opened with a classic villain monologue of Anton Castillo, played by Giancarlo Esposito, to his son Diego.
It is the kind of chilling, halted dialogue we expect from the actor with just the right undercurrent of sinister. This was just a small taste of the villainy to come. A surprise announcement showcased that the season pass for Far Cry 6 will entail playing as the series iconic villains. Scenes were shown starring Vaas, Pagan, and Joseph sending you through a twisted mirror to be the villains we loathed.
