Tekken 8 Reveals The Return Of Hwoarang

Tekken 8

2023 has quickly become the year of the return of fighting games. With Street Fighter VI, rumors of a new Mortal Kombat are on the way it will be an incredible year if you love fighters. Tekken 8 in particular has been looking exceptionally good from everything that Bandai Namco has shown off so far. Today, it was revealed that Hwoarang will be returning to Tekken 8 when the game launches later this year.

Hwoarang Kicks Into Action In Tekken 8

In a brand new trailer released by Capcom early this morning, we got to see Hwoarang in motion for the first time. Featuring heavy and flashy kicks combined with huge juggling potential. It looks like Hwoarang will be a great addition to the growing roster. Originally introduced into the series in Tekken 3 Hwoarang will be a ranged menace with his powerful fury of kicks. It will be interesting to see what characters Bandai Namco decides to showcase next. I imagine we will get an update about the release date in the coming months as well. But for now, fans will have to be excited for the return of another classic character to the ever-growing roster.
