Now that the spooky Halloween season is over, for now, Capcom feeds up a new video with announcements that are as chilling, yet exciting. Here’s a breakdown of everything revealed during the Road to Requiem video event.

What platforms will Resident Evil Requiem be available on, and when?

To begin with, here are the release details for Resident Evil Requiem; it will be released on February 26th, 2026, on the following platforms:

• PlayStation 5.
• Nintendo Switch 2.
• Xbox Series X and S.
• PC via Steam.
• Epic Games Store – It’s worth noting that this is the first Resident Evil title on the Epic Games Store.

Will there be a Resident Evil Requiem pre-order bonus?

• Pre-orders include Grace Ashcroft’s exclusive ‘Apocalypse’ costume.

Resident Evil Requiem – Road to Requiem video event: What was featured?

If you remember Resident Evil Village, you will recognize Lady Alcina Dimitrescu, who was voiced by actress Maggie Robertson. Maggie delivered the following announcements:

• A retrospective of the Resident Evil franchise kicked off with the infamous 1998 Raccoon City Incident, tracing the origins of the T-virus and the rise of the Umbrella Corporation. Including discussion about Leon S. Kennedy, Claire Redfield, Jill Valentine, and Ethan Winters.
• Additionally, Maggie presented new reveals, including: the different editions of the game (including a Nintendo Switch 2 edition), a special controller, Amiibo, a Fortnite collaboration, Switch 2 versions of previous games, and a future Resident Evil Showcase!

• Deluxe Edition – while the Standard Edition includes only the base game, the Deluxe Edition offers additional digital content:

Yes! The Premium Steelbook Edition has the following:
