What makes the Sagek Prime is its unique use of status effects, so build with that in mind alongside Galvanized Shot. Cascadia Flare is going to be important for the build as well.

The Sagek Prime in Warframe has a unique passive ability. For every critical hit, they are chance to apply 5 status effects to an enemy.
