Ever since its debut in 2022, the Perigale has been an interesting sniper. It’s a 4-round burst sniper rifle that has a unique function that can keep it going forever. Similar to Destiny 1’s Black Hammer sniper. It’s the perfect definition of “minimalism”, and there’s a reason for it. Below will be our site’s recommended build, and a quick review of whether or not you should grind for its Primed variant in Warframe.
Recommended Build for Perigale Prime in Warframe
Below will be our build for it, which requires just 1 forma to achieve:

Let’s face it, with good critical stats out of the gate, going all in on it is the best idea. Mix in Primary Acuity, and the usual critical synergy above. It’ll give you good orange and red crits with crazy damage numbers with the bleed procs. Primary Deadhead works well, too, but you could always switch it to Primary Merciless if you feel you aren’t pulling off headshot kills in Steel Path or other endgame activities. It will let you still get the damage boost, but without the drawbacks of an enemy dying to bleed as opposed to the headshots.
Perigale Prime Review
As stated previously, the Perigale itself is already a unique sniper, but its Primed variant that came with Voruna Prime access makes it an essential sniper in endgame content. It can dish out high damage numbers, bleed bosses to death, and, as long as you’re hitting headshots, it will never run out of ammo. It is absolutely worth grinding for right now. Definitely go out and get it!
