Patch 14.6b of Teamfight Tactics shipped on March 25th, 2024. This b patch follows patch 14.6. B patches are in addition to the normal patches every two weeks. These patches usually include minor changes and balance fixes needed sooner than normal patches. The reason for this patch seems to be related to bug fixes. However, there are some balance changes as well. The main change is a nerf to the Mythic trait. There are also some changes to various augments as well. These are the biggest changes in Teamfight Tactics patch 14.6b.
Mythic Trait Nerf
The biggest change on patch 14.6b is a nerf to the Mythic trait. Mythic champions in general are strong currently, including Bard, Kog’Maw, and Hwei. Rather than nerf the champions directly, the Mythic trait is being nerfed first. The bonus damage given by the Mythic trait is decreased at all trait levels. Ideally, this will be a step in the right direction. Patch 14.7 can address any additional changes needed to the trait or champions.

As a b patch, there is not a lot to discuss with patch 14.6b. The nerf to the Mythic trait is perhaps the biggest change on the patch. It is not, however, the only balance change on the patch. - Epoch’s free rerolls decreased from 3 to 2.
- Extended Duel’s starting stacks decreased from 3 to 2.
- Lucky Ricochet’s extra bounce damage decreased from 50% to 40%.
- Three’s a Crowd’s health decreased from 75 to 66.
- Accomplice’s gold decreased from 8 to 4.
- Pumping Up III’s base AS decreased from 12% to 10%.
