Soulframe Preludes 11 is Coming in September

TennoCon 2025 revealed to the Soulframe community what was next for the Preludes Pre-alpha Program. With the promise of the next story beat in the form of a “Fable” for the Omen Beast Bromius. As the year went by, with many new Preludes updates, such as Preludes 10, which added some really cool content to the game. Such as secondary weapons, a new dungeon, and an awesome new Mendicant King boss fight. But we are a couple of months removed from that content drop. So, with that in mind, what is coming next, and when?

Well, during the first “Soulshorts” stream following TennoCon 2025, Digital Extremes went over when the next Preludes update will be available, and what to expect from it!

What to Expect from Preludes 11 in Soulframe

Preludes 11 for Soulframe will launch in September. What day it will specifically be is currently unknown, but more details about it will be revealed during their upcoming Devstream on September 5th. In Preludes 11, you should not expect the “motes” system, nor the “martial arts manual” system. But what you can expect in Preludes 11 is the following:

• Better customization from Verminia’s color system in the Nightfold.
• New armor sets for the starter pacts.
• And, of course, the Bromius fable quest.

The Bromius quest had a breathtaking gameplay reveal with a lot of emotional moments, and of course, thrilling gameplay. However, Digital Extremes did state they will be expanding upon the quest’s content to make it longer than what was shown. You can find the gameplay from TennoCon 2025 down below.
