Thursday, SEGA unveiled the next batch of 10 games for the upcoming SEGA Genesis Mini. We now know 30 of the 40 games that will be launching on this upcoming console.
The 10 games are as follows:
- Ghouls ‘n’ Ghosts
- Beyond Oasis
- Golden Axe
- Mega Man: Wily Wars
- Street Fighter II: Special Championship Edition
- Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle
- Vectorman
- Sonic the Hedgehog Spinball
- Wonder Boy in Monster World
- Phantasy Star IV: The End of the Millennium
The previous 20 games that have been announced are as follows:
- Sonic the Hedgehog 2
- Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse
- World of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse & Donald Duck
- Contra: Hard Corps
- Earthworm Jim
- Landstalker
- Super Fantasy Zone
- Streets of Rage 2
- Thunder Force 3
- Shinobi 3: Return of the Ninja Master
- Ecco the Dolphin
- Sonic the Hedgehog
- ToeJam & Earl
- Altered Beast
- Shining Force
- Comix Zone

The Sega Genesis Mini will be releasing on September 19th and will retail for $80. The U.S. release will include 2 of the 3-button controllers. The previously announced 6-button from Retro-Bit will be releasing in August for $20.
