Division 2: Episode 1 Update Launches

Division 2: State of the Game

This week on State of the Game, Community Manager Hamish Bode, with guests Chris Gansler (Community Developer) talk about the future of Division 2 including Episode One and what they are planning on doing for fixing all the issues they are having.

General Information –

  • Episode 1 launched On July 23 for Season Pass Holders
  • No Maintenance this week
  • Known Slowdown on PC when loading
  • Signature Weapon Skins – Buy with Credits
  • PVP updates are coming and talked about soon (not this week)
  • PVP changes for shotguns and others on the Patch Notes. Added late

Title Update 5 –

  • New gun drops and Skill build changes are available for everyone
  • Exotic Drops from Name Mobs
  • No Maintenance this week
  • Leadership Boards change for removal of Matchmaking game Dark Hour
  • Apparel Crates now available for everyone

Known Issues

  • Defender Drone – People are becoming unkillable
  • Crafting bench does not automatically update. You have to craft it. Complete Tidel Basin and it will possibly upgrade
  • UI for crafting bench needs 2 items to destroy to upgrade. Go into UI
  • Firefly Max Target Mod does not increase how many mobs it targets
  • Blueprints are not being seen when completing Control Point 3 or 4. You will be given one but you will not see it
  • Monorail at the Zoo auto-starting forcing players to go to next location

“Title Update Five or Episode one has added some content to the game but not too much. Most of the update is a background to get everything working once again. The missions are great and the addition of Investigations is giving a fresh light to the game.”
