Wayfinder: How to Kill Ryv’n Easily

Ryv’n in Wayfinder is a boss that requires a bit of unlocking through multiple different expeditions. But after you finish that questline, all that remains is taking down the beast. He may look menacing and does hit like a truck like other bosses. But he is more predictable and manageable with any team you take him on with. Here is a quick and easy guide to taking him down!

Quick and Easy Ryv’n Kill in Wayfinder

For starters, when you go in, make sure someone taunts Ryv’n. He attacks slow but he hits, he will hit very hard. So make sure you get his attention and keep him away from characters like Niss or Kyros. From here, just attack him like normally until he jumps into the center. From here he will disappear but summon two waves of enemies. Kill these enemies very quickly or Ryv’n will absorb their health when he comes back, reversing your efforts.

When he gets to low health he will start teleporting all over the arena. When he is doing this he is targeting a player. If you are chosen you will see a circle on you, stay away from Ryv’n and dodge as much as possible when he is approaching you. But this is all you need to know about the fight in Wayfinder. He is very manageable, just do not go for a Midas, Solar or Toxic imbuement when you go into this fight. That is a very fatal mistake as Midas will make him invincible essentially and Solar or Toxic will cause lingering damage no one can withstand.
