When it comes to Coffee Stain Studios, a few games will pop into your head. For some, it will be the beloved chaotic Goat Simulator, but for me, it will be Sanctum 2, and more recently, Satisfactory. The latter is a first-person open-world factory simulator set on an alien planet where your goal is to pillage the planet for its resources with the power of sleek automation.

The game was first released in early access in March of 2019. For a little over 5 years, the game received numerous free updates. Adding tons of new machines, aliens, and neat little features. Such as a train system, lighting, drones, and even ziplining. After releasing in its 1.0 state in September of last year, it has since added a photo mode, controller support, and even elevators as opposed to ladders and jetpacks for reaching high places in your factory.
All of this paved the way for the game to finally come to consoles on November 4th, as revealed in a surprise trailer.
Which Consoles is Satisfactory Launching on?
Satisfactory will be launching on the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X|S consoles. There is no info on whether or not it will be launching on the Nintendo Switch 2 at this time.
Satisfactory currently costs $39.99 on Steam. So, expect the same price tag on your console of choice when it launches on November 4th. It is definitely worth keeping your eye on. You can find the pages to wishlist the game down below:
