Microsoft has continued to the current trend of fantastic studio acquisitions. Tim Schaffer, the founder of Double Fine, was on stage to discuss the upcoming Psychonauts 2 game. This is right off of the heels of the announcement that Double Fine will be joining the Xbox Game Studios umbrella. Double Fine has developed many classic titles such as Psychonauts, Brutal Legend and most recently Gang Beasts.
Psychonauts 2 has been in development for quite some time, and one of my personal favorite games of the original Xbox era. Double Fine has a unique-game style, their games typically are known for. Psychonauts 2 is yet to announce a release date.
