Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales Goes Gold!
On Friday, Insomniac Games announced that Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales has officially gone gold.
Announced during Sony’s PlayStation 5 showcase, Insomniac surprised us all with the reveal. Many expected a new Peter Parker adventure continuing where the last game left off. Instead, we have a Miles Morales centric game, seemingly comparable to 2017’s Uncharted The Lost Legacy. And it came as a welcome surprise for fans. The game has been positioned as one of the biggest launch titles for the PS5 alongside Demon’s Souls.

Spider-Man Goes Gold For PlayStation
While this doesn’t mean the game has finished development, this does mean the printing process can finally begin. Games aren’t ever really finished. Games constantly receive updates, even after release, but going gold does mark a huge milestone for the team. A milestone this team has been working towards for years.
Insomniac Games announced as well as Miles Morales, the team also has Ratchet & Clank in the works. These two games alongside Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, shows just how much the team has on their plate. But, the team looks like they’re up to the challenge.
Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales will release on November 12th 2020 alongside the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. The game adds to a pretty strong list of launch titles. A list that includes, Demon’s Souls, The Pathless, Destruction All Stars, Godfall and plenty more.
