D&D Dark Alliance is a third-person brawler set in the cold kingdom of Icewind Dale. Here players will engage with popular monsters from the world of Dungeons and Dragons. Additionally, spectacular loot is awarded along the way through this adventurous journey of dungeon crawling.
Four distinct heroes star D&D Dark Alliance. Drizzt, Wulfgar, Bruenor, and Catti-brie are the Companions of the Hall. They travel in search in search of an all-powerful crystal shard known as Crenshinibon. Created characters utilize specific classes in Dungeons and Dragons. Likewise, each hero specializes in a certain playstyle. Secondly, there are over fifty unique moves, team attacks, and special abilities among the heroes. Monsters will tremble at the mayhem players will unleash.
Day and Date
D&D Dark Alliance will release on June 22, 2021 for multiple platforms: PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC. However, the title will also be coming to Xbox Game Pass on June 22. This marks another title releasing to the service simultaneously with the general release. Microsoft has been aggressive with marketing the service. It is unique, having no competitor to truly challenge its value to consumers. Time will tell if Sony or another company devise an answer. Otherwise, this momentum by Xbox will surely lead to a dominating performance this generation. In the meantime, the developers at Tuque (Studio behind Dark Alliance) will stream the game every Friday up to launch here.
