Halo Infinite Gets A New Timed Event This Week

The first season of Halo Infinite officially kicked off when the multiplayer launched early back in November of last year. While the first season is set to last all the way until May, which is incredibly long by most multiplayer game standards. There is still plenty of reasons for fans to log in and complete their daily challenges to earn unique in-game cosmetics. While Halo Infinite’s first timed event the Fracture Tenrai has come and gone twice since launch. A new event will be kicking off in Halo Infinite that players have not yet seen.

On January 18th, the Cyber Showdown event will be coming to Halo Infinite’s multiplayer modes. The event will feature unique neon and cyber-styled cosmetic armor and effects that players will be able to earn. While during the Fracture Tenrai event players got to experience a limited-time Fiesta event. It is not yet clear what type of game mode level changes could be coming with this event, but we will not have to wait long for more information. For now, we have a simple teaser trailer that leaves a lot of details up to our imagination.
