The Duviri Paradox: How to Kill Kullervo Easily

The Duviri Paradox has just been given its first major update with “The Seven Crimes of Kullervo“. In this update, there was a new island added to Duviri. As well as a few new resources, secrets, and the Kullervo boss fight. Until the fifth of July, players can initiate a run solely centered around fighting Kullervo. However, in doing so, you will be met with a boss fight much harder than most would anticipate. Here is a quick and easy kill guide for Kullervo.

Quick and Easy Kill for Kullervo in The Duviri Paradox

For starters, once you arrive on the island, you will have to first make your way to the Warden. Talking to him will start the fight. From there, you will have to take down three separate Kullervos. But this is not so easy to do since he has a lot of health. He will always send out consistent area-of-effect attacks while also confronting you head-on.

What you need to do is use your sirocco to cancel out some of his charge-up attacks, dodge very regularly, and keep your eye on him. The best way I have to knock his health down quickly is by using my warframe. This is not a perfect scenario since there is a big cooldown, however. But if you happen to choose the Molten Mettle decree that adds major heat damage to finishers, this can make knocking his health down very easy, so long as you know how to parry. Additionally, if you go into The Duviri Experience during Anger, Fear, or Sorrow spirals.

During the third Kullervo, he will distance himself more and have two Liminus enemies. Make sure to kill these and keep your distance and avoid the lasers from the Liminus stabbing Kullervo. You will be out in the open in a fair duel so make sure to use your health restore constantly. Additionally, you can mount up on your Kaithe and use the stomp to slow him down and use the fourth ability to give yourself Overguard to help you survive longer.

After the two-week special event for Kullervo, his island will appear during Sorrow, Fear, and Anger spirals and you can be given the chance to fight him. He will drop a new special resource named Kullervo’s Bane. Which is needed to buy his parts and signature weapon from Acrithis. As well as his island hosting the new Ueymag resource.

I recommend not doing this fight on the Steel Path as you do not get additional amounts of Kullervo’s Bane. But there are no changes to the fight if you do it on the Steel Path.
