Warframe: Plague Star Event Guide
Operation Plague Star has finally returned! This is an event that has been absent from Warframe for quite some time following the changes to the Plains of Eidolon. But has just returned weeks before the Whispers in the Walls update next month. If you are new or just need a refresher before jumping in, here is what you need to know about the event!
Quick and easy to Plague Star in Warframe
For starters, go to your foundry and craft the Phylaxis, and Catalyst. These are required to engage with the event.
Next head over to Konzu in Cetus and start up the middle tier Plague Star run. These runs will give you the most reputation per run with the least amount of risk when compared to the Steel Path Variant.
From here, its a simple rinse and repeat of the activity for reputation for items that Nakak sells. You will also have to rank up with Nakak if you have not engaged with the event before. Finally, with all of the reputation earned, you now have a full shop to access, and oh boy is it full of great items.
Depending on whether or not you did the event before in Warframe, you would want to prioritize the following:
- Sacrifice, since it is a great mod, especially with the recent pet rework.
- Get Snipetron and Ether Daggers if you do not have them.
- Get the entire Ghoulsaw set and the stance mod.
- Finally, grab at least one pair of the Plague zaw parts.
Afterwords, I would highly recommend getting all the forma and Exodia arcanes that you can. Fully built forma is a great reward, and the Exodia contagion arcane is a fantastic addition to any zaw you crafted.
But this has been a quick and easy guide for Plague Star in Warframe. This is going to be a grind and a half so if you start feeling burnt out, just go for a few runs per day. Do not push yourself!
