It’s no secret that when Atlus releases a new Persona game, a ton of DLC is quick to follow. This started with the 3DS Persona Q series and even most recently with the Persona 5 spin-off Tactica.
The Answer Could be Making Its Way to Persona 3 Reload
One of the main conversational pieces on Persona 3 Reload was the fact it wouldn’t be including content from the FES and Portable releases of the game. Conversely, some elements of both made it into Reload, but the core content pieces of each game did not. That being the 20 to 30-hour Epilogue, The Answer, and Portable’s Female Protagonist.
The Answer is currently in development as post-launch DLC for Persona 3 Reload. There are also other DLC expansions currently planned.

It seems at the very least, that the former is coming to Reload eventually. It’s been rumored by various sources that The Answer chapter is in development now as DLC. No word on its release from the sources they also mentioned other updates to the game coming over the year too.
Persona 3 Reload is slated to release on February 2 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The game will also be available on Game Pass day one. Persona 3 Reload will also come in a variety of editions for fans who want to commemorate the release.
