Between my personal gameplay which I was still trying to get a grasp on the gameplay as well as Bryan’s gameplay. A few things are certain for the game. Firstly, the art style is genuinely beautiful and colorful to boot. Secondly, the movement is very impressive. Where you are able to latch onto the environment and monsters to swing around in a free-flowing nature. While also being able to glide between to get around extremely quickly. The freedom of the movement felt fantastic. Lastly, the combat I was not able to get the hang of due to still getting the hang of it. But Bryan was able to give us an amazing demonstration.

He flew over to an arena of a large boss and showed how you can latch onto and swing around the boss. While also showing off so many cool armor sets and weapons to take it on. The boss has an array of direct strikes and area-of-effect attacks. The world is also very expansive and hosts mechanics like building for your tribe. We did not see how this worked in person, but it did have a neat mechanic where any stone or wood you collect can be sucked into a portal and instantly transported to your tribe.

The game has no official release date as of right now. But you can wishlist it here on Steam and catch more of our coverage of PAX East 2024 at our official YouTube channel here.
