Despite being at PAX East and showing off some interesting new content for both of their games. Digital Extremes continues to stay in the current zeitgeist of gaming with constant and exciting news for both Warframe and Soulframe. To keep the ball rolling on the news, Digital Extremes is hosting two new Devstreams back-to-back next Friday. One for both of their games, and each Devstream will feature a lot of exciting new content. Here is what you should expect from both!
What to Expect from Each Devstream Next Week
For starters, the one for Warframe will be centered around the next major update for the game. Following the fairly controversial Shadowgrapher update, the next major update for the game already has quite a few teases from the PAX East Devstream. Such as the two deluxe skins for Dante and Baruuk, you can see down below, and 5 new incarnons that are coming as well. In this stream, you can expect to learn the following from the official Warframe forum post:
- What the name of the update will be.
- What month it will arrive in.
- And what it will be about.
Considering Dante’s deluxe skin, the apparent Entrati Labs background, and the inclusion of Incarnon adapters, it could be centered around the Entrati Labs, Duviri, or the Zariman itself.
As for the Soulframe Devstream happening right after, that is a tricky one to predict the contents of. Seeing as Preludes 14 has not launched just yet, it could be a deeper dive into what all is contained in that update if Preludes 14 doesn’t launch by then. On the other hand, it could just be a big deep dive into the Preludes 15. Considering it seems like that update is going to be yet another big shake-up for the content and gameplay in Soulframe. Yesterday, Digital Extremes announced the 14th Devstream for Soulframe officially. It will be about “revisiting the launch” of Preludes 14, talk about the feedback of that update if it launches before the stream, and talk about what is next for the game.
