Summer Game Fest 2026: Palworld 1.0 Releases Next Month!

Palworld 1.0 Release Date

Revealed at Geoff Keighley’s Summer Game Fest, Pocketpair has finally given its fanbase the long-awaited release date for Palworld’s early access. After a long 2 years of constant and massive updates for this survival crafting game, aptly described as “Pokemon with guns” by Geoff Keighley himself, Palworld will finally be leaving early access next month, on July 10th. Here is a breakdown of what we saw in the announcement trailer!

What we learned from the 1.0 Trailer of Palworld

This trailer showed off a few new pals. Including a slithering dragon in the sky, a new spider pal, a kung-fu fighting type, and a metal dragon that was chasing the player character. I’m not sure if the swordfish that the player character unsheaths in the air is a pal or a weapon, however.

Finally, the trailer ended on a brief glimpse of new areas leading to the mysterious world tree and a silhouette of what I can presume is a new raid pal for 1.0, followed by its release date. The full trailer will be down below!

Palworld is available now on PC via Steam, Xbox Series consoles, and the PlayStation 5 for $29.99 USD and occasionally goes on discount to around $23 USD.
