Doom Eternal’s First Expansion Is Coming Fall 2020

Doom Eternal

Doom Eternal was the sequel to Doom (2016). The longtime FPS franchise developed by ID Software has been on an upward swing since the reimagining of the franchise in 2016. Doom Eternal was the culmination of ID Software pushing current generation consoles to the limit. While also innovating and improving on everything that makes Doom, well Doom. With the announcement that the game would be getting post-launch expansions, this was a first for the franchise. Plus, who didn’t want to rip and tear through some more demons sooner? The most exciting part is that fans won’t have to wait very long to experience the first expansion of Doom Eternal.

The Ancient Gods: Part One, will be coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on October 20, 2020. This will be a part of the games expansion pass, as well as available separately. To go along with this exciting news, there was a new trailer revealing what we could expect to see in this expansion. From gods, demons, and everything in between. It looks like The Ancient Gods: Part One is more gory goodness, and we cannot wait to get our hands on it. Check out the full trailer below.
