Xbox Showcase 2023: Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II Trailer

The last few months have been a rollercoaster ride for the Xbox platform. Everything from the CMA blocking the Activision Blizzard deal, to some questioning Xbox leadership after the Redfall debacle, to the EU breathing life again into the ABK acquisition after approving it. Needless to say, if you’re an Xbox fan, recent times were turbulent to put it lightly. But now, we are in the midst of the much-beloved summer gaming convention season. 

To say this year’s Xbox showcase is highly anticipated is an understatement. Fans are through the roof with hype and anticipation. This year’s Xbox Showcase promises to deliver to fans what they’ve been longing for, quality first-party games. Best of all, the Showcase is already confirmed that it will not feature any full CGI trailers. During the Xbox Showcase, fans got a deep dive trailer into Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II.

Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II is an upcoming action-adventure game from Ninja Theory and the sequel to the smash hit title Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice. The game showcases absolutely haunting voice acting and stunning facial animations.  It is slated to release in 2024 and will arrive on Xbox Game Pass day one when it launches.
