Faeland Developer Interview – DreamHack 2024

DreamHack is live underway in Dallas, Texas. Our very own Lord Cognito was down in the south to check out everything DreamHack has to offer. During the convention, we had a chance to sit down and chat with Carlos Gonzalez, the Game Director at TALEGAMES, to discuss everything about Faeland. Check out the video below.

About Faeland

Faeland combines elements of action platformer with exploration while incorporating an RPG layer. Players will have to manage inventory, gear, and a quest system. In addition, players will also learn new skills and solve puzzles. Further, players can expect to take on challenging bosses and explore different towns, dungeons, and more.

Faeland does feature a decent character creation system and a map system similar to Metroidvania games. The game features beautiful 16-bit pixel graphics, original music, and audio design.

Faeland is available now on Steam Early Access. TALEGAMES just released Chapter 3 of the game back in late April.
