Nintendo Download 05/28/2026 — The Next Operation Awaits

This week’s Nintendo Download includes the following content:

• Digital Spotlight:

• Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 – The legendary series is making its return to a Nintendo platform with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 for the Nintendo Switch 2 system! This next installment pushes the action into darker and more dangerous missions, where consequence and escalation bring long-running storylines to a powerful and emotional breaking point. In Campaign, players will drop into a variety of engagements — from trench warfare in Korea to high-octane chases through Paris and close-quarters combat in New York. Multiplayer¹ will deliver grounded, precise combat where fluid movement, player choice and greater control define every engagement. In DMZ, every extraction run into contested territory forces hard choices about which objectives to pursue, what to secure, and when to get out. Featuring cross-play, cross-progression and optional Joy-Con 2 mouse controls, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 launches Oct. 23 for Nintendo Switch 2. • BALL x PIT – Try out this brick-breaking, ball-fusing, base-building survival roguelite. Nintendo Switch Online members² can access the free Game Trial period starting today at 10 a.m. PT until June 1 at 11:59 p.m. PT. If you decide to purchase the game during or after this offer, you’ll keep all save data, so you won’t have to worry about losing your progress. • Tetris^® 99 54^th MAXIMUS CUP – A new challenge is hatching! Some iconic characters from the Yoshi and the Mysterious Book game are coming to the Tetris^® 99 game for its 54^th MAXIMUS CUP event! Nintendo Switch Online members² playing the Tetris 99 online mode during the event period can collect 100 event points to unlock a new in-game theme featuring art, music and Tetrimino designs inspired by this newly-released title. The Tetris 99 54^th MAXIMUS CUP event will run 12 a.m. PT on May 29 to 11:59 p.m. PT on June 1.
