Cross-Platform Play is Here in Minecraft Dungeons
Players will finally be able to play Minecraft Dungeons with their friends on other consoles. Cross-platform play is out right now. I can’t wait to play with other players on different consoles.
Starting today, November 17th players will be able to play Minecraft Dungeons with their friends on any of the consoles. From the Switch, PlayStation consoles, Xbox Family, and Windows. They will all be able to play together from where ever they play.
Arrows whirl overhead, a ceaseless swarm of mobs, that not-so-distant roar sends shivers down your spine! Is all hope lost? But then a helping hand, a trusted friend – it’s not over yet!
Cross-platform play is here: Unite, Fight, Survive. Together!

While this isn’t the online play many players have wanted since day one. It is a step in the right direction. You may have noticed a small update on your preferred device. Once that update is complete you will be able to play with your friends. This is not the only thing that will be coming to Minecraft Dungeons. The people behind the game are working on making sure that players will be able to use cloud saving in the future.
In related cross-platform news, cloud saves are coming soon to Minecraft Dungeons! That means you’ll be able to play on one platform, use the new cloud save feature, then pick up the game and your progress on another platform. While we don’t have a launch date set for this feature, our team is hard at work and very excited to bring it to life in an upcoming free update.-Minecraft.net
Players will have plenty to do in the game. Between daily tasks and the expansions, Minecraft Dungeons will keep everyone busy for some time. In other gaming news, have you seen the new gameplay for Cyberpunk 2077? If you haven’t just click the link that I provided and bookmark Lordsofgaming.net.
