WWE’s New Day DLC on Gears of War 5
WWE’s Underground is not the only game you will be able to play as WWE’s New Day soon. Earlier today via Twitter, huge gamer Austin Creed better known as Xavier Woods announced that the New Day will be featured as DLC characters in Gears of War 5.
After playing @GearsOfWar for years (& reading the books 😳) I’m happy to announce that myself @TrueKofi & @WWEBigE somehow convinced them make us playable dlc characters in #Gears5 @Xbox

To add to the excitement, the GOW Twitter team retweeted the WWE superstar. No extra information was given. On Instagram, the wrestler went a bit deeper on his thoughts.
I’ve been foaming at the mouth waiting to be able to tell y’all about this. #NewDay DLC IN #Gears5 and as you can see they let us be us. Soon you’ll have access to the most extra looks that have ever been in Gears and I cannot explain how exciting that is for me. Constantly working as hard as I can every single day, injured or not, trying to make sure my roots continue to grow deeper into the gaming community while keeping the @wwe tag team championships while trying to make sure my kids understand the importance of the grind, it’s accomplishments like this that tell me I’m moving in the right direction and things like this don’t happen without incredible people supporting me like all of you. No date or even timeframe has been announced for this New Day Gears 5 DLC. All we can do is enjoy these images teasing the tag team champs in Gears 5.
