Venom: Let There Be Carnage Delayed Again
It seems that studios will not learn anything from the current climate. Venom: Let There Be Carnage has been delayed once again. The Delta variant of COVID-19 causing plenty of headaches for all of us.
Sony has decided that the new Venom movie will need to be pushed back. The film’s release date was supposed to be September 24th. Now we’re looking at an October 15th release date with a chance to be pushed back even further. Venom: Let There Be Carnage did have a full trailer which you can rewatch right here.
As you can see from the trailer Sony does make a good argument to have this movie released in theaters. If the first one was a surprise hit that dominated the box office. Then this movie should be able to do better than that.
Recently the movies that have been released just haven’t grossed much. The Suicide Squad was unable to gross much in its opening weekend. Even with the poor results plenty of fans were able to watch this movie thanks to Warner Bros releasing it on HBO Max the same day. Disney has also been doing this with some of their big movies like Black Widow and Jungle Cruise.
Just expect Venom: Let There Be Cargange to be delayed again. It just seems like that is the card we are being dealt with at the moment. While you think about which other movies might get delayed don’t forget to bookmark Lordsofgaming.net.
