Yesterday, the official Twitter account for the recently launched Dreamscaper announced their major 1.1 content update. This update will launch on October 21st but will be the only post-launch update for the game.
Details on Dreamscaper’s 1.1 Update
The additions of the major content update are plentiful and include the following:
- The ability to reroll items in merchant rooms at the cost of sand.
- Being able to convert other currencies into sand at each level.
- Two new melee and ranged weapons, alongside four new lucid attacks and eleven new keepsakes.
- To top it off, all new rooms and memories are being added to various levels with new styles for secret rooms in the later levels.
A full detailed list of what’s to come, with other quality of life and balance changes can be found here. However, as stated before, 1.1 might be the only major content update coming to Dreamscaper. Co-founder of Afterburner Studios, Robert Taylor, relayed this information on his Twitter account. Clarifying that it’s more of a love letter to the players while transitioning development to their second title. This update will also be making its way to the Nintendo Switch as well. But it will be arriving by the middle of November.
