Warframe: A Proper Citrine Build
Citrine is the latest addition to the roster of many and varied warframes in Warframe. She is an all-new tank/support warframe with a lot of strong abilities in her kit. With an Incredible self-heal passive that passes the health onto your teammates. As well as damage reduction and an inconsistent turret ability. Citrine has a lot to harness. But how is her kit used in practice? What is an all-around build one can use to take advantage of her power in any kind of mission? Below is the build I have been using that is somewhat easy to replicate.
A Proper Citrine Build for Warframe
As Citrine is a defense-focused warframe, this is what I have been running to get the most mileage out of her:
While the range is very low for this build, it is due to the fact that the increase in range does not add as much as strength or duration does. Her first ability does a fantastic job at marking enemies to kill for health and energy orbs by nature of the fact that bleed is inflicted on them. The strength adds a higher percentage of drop chance for both kinds of orbs. Which is very useful overall.
The second ability gains a nice starter damage reduction bonus as well as the extra damage reduction with each kill. The third ability could benefit from more range. But the sacrifice towards duration is not worth it. I am not a fan of her fourth ability so I replaced it with Harrow’s Condemn ability through the helminth system.
Molt efficiency will benefit greatly from condemn since you can almost never lose shields with the second ability active. As well as arcane blessing slowly building up her health pool to nearly a thousand with a half-leveled one. I recommend this build for every activity outside of the steel path. Overall, I hope this helps you with her as Citrine is yet another fantastic addition to Warframe.
