Gran Turismo 7 New Screenshots and Details Revealed

Gran Turismo 7 from early appearances looks like a return to form for the racing titan. Gran Turismo as a franchise has always been a huge part of the PlayStation brand. While also being a large part of the sim racing genre, however, its popularity seemed to dwindle with Gran Turismo: Sport. However, as more and more of Gran Turismo 7 is shown, the more promising the game appears to be. In a new update to the PlayStation Store, we learned some interesting details about the game on PlayStation 5. As well as some brand new screenshots showcasing the games stunning graphics.

Racing Into Next Generation

On the official PlayStation store page, there were several details about what we could expect to see on PlayStation 5 with Gran Turismo 7. The game is graphically pushing 4k, including HDR as well as targeting 60 FPS. You will be able to seamlessly select from a large variety of cars with no load times. This massive reduction of load times is due to the high powered SSD in the PlayStation 5.

That is not the only PlayStation 5 feature that adds a next-generation feel to the game. There is also Tempest 3D Audio tech that will provide an immersive audio experience. The immersion doesn’t stop with just the audio. The dualsense controller hosts both haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. This means you will feel every bump, and corner, while each car will have a unique throttle pedal weight.
