Demon’s Souls PS5 Director Teases ‘a Lot of New Content’
Demon’s Souls PS5 previews are dropping left and right today and as such, we’ve learned tons of new tidbits.
One interesting morsel of information is that Demon’s Souls on PS5 will have a ton of new content. Likely, in an effort, to differentiate itself just a bit from the original.
In an interview with Polygon, Creative Director Gavin Moore says:
There’s a lot of new content that we’ve added to the game and for fans to find and enjoy.
Moore then adds:
And there are lots of things that I think fans are going to go, ‘Oh, that’s amazing. Great. You know, I didn’t know they put that in the game.” I’m not going to tell you any more than that, because [I don’t want] to spoil anything.
Within the mass of new information, we also learned that the remake will not included the fabled sixth archstone. This should indicate that the level of changes Bluepoint will bring probably will not be in the vain of new levels or new enemies. But what we can expect will more than likely align towards quality of life improvements that modernize the game. And who knows, maybe Demon’s Souls on PS5 will have new content that truly does take everyone by surprise with additions that we have yet to think up.
Demon’s Souls releases on the PlayStation 5 November 12th alongside the launch of the next-generation console.
So many 10/10 games coming to the GodStation 5. Cannot wait.
