PlayStation Showcase 2021: Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Has Officially Been Revealed

As part of the summer 2021 all-digital gaming conventions, today Sony is holding its very own all-digital PlayStation Showcase. The showcase will open up what will be a very busy fall season with the Tokyo Games Show right around the corner. During the PlayStation Showcase, players got a glimpse of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 which is the sequel to the majorly successful Marvel’s Spider-Man that was released in 2018.

It is without a doubt that Insomniac Games has been doing an incredible job in making the PlayStation 5 a hot commodity. With amazing games like Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart. Insomniac has just been delivering back-to-back incredible games, which is a feat in itself. Now fans can look to the future for with the sequel of 2018’s web-swinging adventure which has a release window of 2023, and while that is still a fair distance away. The pulse-pounding trailer revealed at today’s showcase gives fans a lot of reasons to be excited about this sequel. Swinging through the streets of New York has never looked this fun, and with the addition of Venom, we are certainly in for one hell of an experience.
