Suikoden 2 – 108 Stars of Destiny Guide
Suikoden I&II HD Remaster Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars will be released in the near future. Everyone who has played the Suikoden series before knows how amazing the characters are. That said, I will share the recruitment list here with you. Recruiting all 108 Stars of Destiny is needed for the best endings. We want to make sure that no one misses out on any of the 108 Stars of Destiny! May contain some spoilers.

Once you can recruit characters for Viktor, talk to her at Ryube. She is closer to the northeast forest exit. Agree to go with her to find her pet Bonaparte. Head east in the forest to find Bonaparte, which turns into a monster. The fight can be tough, but use your best abilities and she joins after. |

It’s important when you first enter Muse and drop off Pilika with Leona, that you head to the northeast of Muse. You should meet someone named Elza. She’ll give you two packages and then a man named Clive comes by. Tell him you haven’t seen Elza. Now go to the front of Muse to give her the packages back (she gives you Sound Set #1). A scene occurs and this is all you can do with this situation for now. It’s imperative you do this when you enter Muse at this point if you wish to get all the recruits later on.

Once you do one thing for her, you have to leave the town of Muse and re-enter. Talk to her again upon re-entering and she will ask you to do something else. After you have done 3 things, she will offer to join you. Alternate Method: You can find her later in Baanner Village. You must have Valeria in your party if you wait. So get her in Muse. (This will allow you to not have to choose Valeria later in the game when you choose to recruit Valeria or Kasumi.) |

Recruitment After HQ Level 2

Note that if you are going for all 108 Stars, you have to use a Listening Crystal on Feather so that you can recruit Ayda too. |

Once you get past Tigermouth Village, travel west to Crom. Then return to your HQ and put Wakaba in your party. Have Viki teleport you to Crom, and go to the Inn. Before you can enter, LC Chan runs out. After a scene, he will end up joining you. |

| Pico | Chiretsu Star of Destiny | – Musician | Located in Greenhill. Speak with him in the Inn and tell him about Annallee. He will then join you. Must have Annallee recruited. |

Talk to one of the villagers in Forest Village and get some clay. Then bring the clay back and give it to Jude. Then he will join you. |
| Tessai | Chiko Star of Destiny | – Blacksmith | Can be found in J=Kuskus. Speak with him in the Weaponsmith Shop with Viktor in your active party. Tessai will only be in the Weaponsmith Shop after liberating Greenhill. |

There are other characters that are either temporary when they join you or just don’t count toward the Stars of Destiny count. You can recruit other large monsters instead of the ones I mentioned. There are also other squirrels like Mukumuku that you can recruit which are extra and non-essential Suikoden 2 characters. You can also get some of these characters in a slightly different order if you choose to. Some characters are listed as different stars depending on who you recruit. Then one of the coolest things is you can get Tir Mcdohl from Suikoden 1 to join you. There are extra scenes with this if you use a recurring character from the first game.
