Summer Game Fest 2023: Path of Exile 2
The summer gaming conference and convention season is in full force. Although the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) was officially canceled this year after multiple publishers pulled out of the event, plenty of other showcases are quickly filling the void. Geoff Keighley, the showrunner of The Game Awards, is leading the pack with his Summer Game Fest showcase, which includes over two hours of game announcements. Among them comes a world premiere of Path of Exile 2.

The highly anticipated sequel has been in the works for a long time. But during the 2023 Summer Game Fest, fans got a little taste of what can be expected from Path of Exile 2. The long-running ARPG looked impressive, sporting some eye-catching VFX that will have isometric ARPG fans salivating for sure. The brief trailer concluded that fans can expect more news next month on July 28.
