I was treated to a pleasant Media Briefing with the team over at HP Gaming brands: HyperX and OMEN! This meeting discussed a new lineup of prebuilt PCs titled Omen 35L, A lineup of new peripherals titled HyperX QuadCast 2/2s, and the HyperX Alloy Rise 75 wireless keyboard
In this article, I will be sharing the hardware announcement of the OMEN 35L and the software OMEN Gaming Hub.
Gaming is Growing!
PC’s are more in demand not only for gaming but also as machines to power our digital future. They keep us connected and have become a necessity. Demand and consumer spending go hand in hand but consumers now are also searching for high-quality, malleable, and personable products.
OMEN 35L
That is where the OMEN 35L comes in. The 35L is “OMEN’s most customizable PC ever made”. This product is touted to have superior airflow and thermals all while running quieter compared to its predecessor.
Specs
Now onto the specs of the 35L. This RIG follows industry standards in the components, this in theory should make the machine easy to upgrade in the future. HP is also bringing in a new lineup of OMEN components that are also available separately such as fans, a Liquid Cooler, and a PSU (power supply).
Consumers can choose either Intel or AMD for the CPU. For Intel’s side, your choices are The Intel Core i5-14400F or the Intel Core i7-14700F. The AMD options are the AMD Ryzen 5 8500G, AMD Ryzen 5 8600G, and the AMD Ryzen 7 8700G. The CPU of the computer will decide the motherboard. Z790H motherboard goes with Intel CPUs and the B650 with AMD.
There is only one Radeon GPU offered which is the RX 76001 but everything from the RTX4060 up to the RTX4090 is offered from Nvidia’s side. The PC supports DDR5 RAM, has multiple M.2 slots for storage expansion, and is supplied with a gold-rated, modular PSU (power supply). A nice touch is the cpu cooler has an LCD panel on it. This can be customized via the Omen Gaming Hub to display videos, images, GIFs, and system information.
OMEN Gaming Hub
Omen Gaming Hub is a new software that gives PC players via Google Play access to mobile games in addition to other local and cloud counterparts. This hub aims to bring your entire library and all pc needs in one place2.

The OMEN 35L with an AMD chipset starts at $1299.99
The OMEN 35L with an Intel Chipset starts at $1369.99
Look for them at the HP website and coming soon to Best Buy
The OMEN components such as the Fans, AIO liquid coolers, and PSU will be available in early 2025
