Forza Horizon 5 is finally upon us. Ahead of its official launch on Xbox Game Pass, the open-world racer closed in on 1 million players. In our review, we commended the game for all the quality of life improvements, graphics, and revamped progression system. Like other entries in the Horizon franchise, the game provides a ton of customization options. Yet, there was one that stood out in particular.
Change Your Forza Horizon 5 Horn Into Doom Music
Twitter user @ztiworoh found an interesting tidbit that shows the Xbox and Bethesda crossover. Like any other Forza Horizon title, the game allows you to change your horn sound/melody. Funnily enough, players can select DOOM music as their horn in Forza Horizon 5. Of course, it is as epic as it sounds. Luckily, it is quite simple to make the change.
All you have to do is go to one of your properties or Horizon Festival. Once you’re there, navigate your way to the garage tab then head over to the car horn menu. From there switch over to the musical horn section and scroll all the way down to find DOOM music. The tweet below will show you what we mean. Note, the DOOM music car horn is a legendary car horn sound so keep that in mind.
@bradshoemaker @VinnyCaravella @alex_navarro I feel like you all specifically should be aware that you can make your horn in Forza Horizon 5 be the Doom music pic.twitter.com/9nTFIzOrOO

Xbox x Bethesda Cross-Over
It is refreshing to see this simple easter egg cross-over from Xbox and Bethesda studios. We hope more of this comes down the line in future Xbox Game Studio and Bethesda releases. This was common between different Zenimax franchises. We did see a couple of Quake easter eggs in DOOM Eternal, so it is nice to see the tradition continue with Xbox-owned franchises. I expect to see more of this down the line and you should too.
