Baldur’s Gate 3 Is Coming To PS5 This Summer
2023 is filled to the brim with a ton of massive games from a variety of publishers and developers. With such blockbusters as Final Fantasy XVI, Starfield, and The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom on the horizon there is a ton of games to be excited for. However, if you are an RPG fan it is likely that Baldur’s Gate 3 has been on your radar for later this year. Set to release on PC this August, Baldur’s Gate 3 is the latest game from RPG master crafters Larian Studios. Originally only revealed to be coming to PC, we learned today that PlayStation 5 owners will be getting to play the upcoming RPG this summer as well.
During today’s PlayStation State Of Play, it was revealed that Baldur’s Gate 3 will be coming to PlayStation 5 consoles on August 31st. This will coincide with the game’s release on PC which was revealed a few month’s ago. The announcement trailer features the talented voice work of J.K Simmons and sets the tone for this new trailer perfectly. This is the first new installment in the Forgotten Realms series in over 20 years, and with Larian Studios helming the classic IP, it looks like it will be one of the best RPGs released this year. This is quite an accomplishment considering the wealth of RPGs that are set to release this year. Here is hoping we will get to see even more of this game ahead of its official August release date in the coming months. PlayStation players will now be able to pre-order the game both physically and digitally from most major retailers now.
