With The Duviri Paradox being out for only a few short days. The community is starting to figure out Duviri’s many secrets. One such secret is how the Steel Path affects the normal content of the expansion. Aside from making the Orowyrm deal more damage. There are also new mechanics added to the fight. Here is how to take it down.
How to Defeat the Steel Path Orowyrm in The Duviri Paradox
For starters, you will still need to fly up to the great dragon and latch onto it with your Orvius. However, how the Steel Path changed the fight is that there are multiple valves on its body you need to turn to unlock the ability to control it.
The golden circle on the left of your screen will show you which direction the valves are. Turn all five to the direction it asks of you. But make sure to jump off if the energy circle is coming your way to prevent your own demise. After this stage you just need to drive him to destroy the tethers and go through the portal.
After that, the fight will progress like normal until you break the valves on its body the first time around. You will be asked to get on your Kaithe and take down ten smaller Wyrms. But the catch here is that there will be a wall around the normal stadium that can and will kill you if you stay in it. Fly to the outer part of the stadium and follow the Wyrms around and kill them.
Afterwards just break the valves on its body like normal and take down four more normal Wyrms in the stadium. Once these Wyrms are defeated stay there and destroy the valves once more. Archguns will be delivered to the middle of the stage to help with damage output if you are underperforming.
