Techrot Encore, the follow up update for Warframe: 1999 is arriving on March 19th. This update will bring with it a wealth of new content for Warframe players. Going alongside the likes of 4 new Protoframes, there will be a whopping 18 new weapons and the new warframe, Temple. Temple is the headliner for the encore of a lifetime, so to speak, with a living (and breathing fire) guitar named Lizzie. As well as their signature side arm with unique Entrati technology, Riot-848.

But coming with these new Protoframes and weapons are the Technocyte Coda, the infested On-Lyne boy band members. They are the third faction of Warframe’s Lich system that is inspired by Shadow of War’s Nemesis System. Where you will be infected with a virus in Warframe: 1999 and need to use a combination of anti-virus software to kill whichever member of the band is headlining the attack on you. 13 of the aforementioned weapons are directly tied to the Technocyte Coda, alongside 4 new weapons from the Scaldra faction.

Obviously, this is a lot of exciting new content, with crazy designs associated for the infested boy band, Temple, and all of the new weapons. To help us learn more about Art side of the update, we at Lords of Gaming were given the privilege to sit down and speak with the Associate Art Director, Marco Hasmann, and the Weapons Art Lead, Kaz Adams. Below will be our exclusive video interview taking a peek behind the curtain on what drives the designs of everything coming in Techrot Encore, especially Temple!

Our Exclusive Video Interview with Marco Hasmann, and Kaz Adams for All Thing Art in Techrot Encore

This interview will run about 27 minutes, and both Marco and Kaz were able to offer unique perspectives on the crazy designs for the new weapons, and the Technocyte Coda:

We at Lords of Gaming would like to, once again, thank Digital Extremes for allowing us to speak with Marco and Kaz (and see her light up over Temple). If you enjoyed our interview with both of them, please leave any feedback or thoughts you had while watching in the comments section. We very much appreciate you giving us your time.
