You Can Place A Pre-Order For PLAYSTATION 5 Already

For the past few months, we have been bombarded with all kinds of PS5 leaks and rumors. Around April time Sony decided to release some official info on PlayStation 5 and it’s technology. And today it looks like you can already pre-order PlayStation 5 console. At least if you live in Sweeden.

Eurogamer.pl reports that Media Markt Sweeden has put up a PS5 page on their website with all the tech info that Sony has already confirmed and price of 9999 Sweedish koron. This is a rough equivalent of around  $1000. This is clearly a placeholder and price is subject to change but it’s sure is interesting to see so far ahead of the launch of the console especially that Sony did not even present it officially. On top of that, they are already accepting pre-orders.

The website does not mention a release date yet but we know for a fact that the console is not coming out this year. However, I would not be surprised if Sony planned some sort of PS5 reveal event this year and some of the retailers are getting ready for it.
