Monomi Park surprise dropped their latest update for Slime Rancher 2 yesterday. “Song of the Sabers” is an all-new update bringing with it new slimes, resources, decorations, and a new location. Here is everything you need to know about the update. As well as how to access the new content!

How to Unlock Powderfall Bluffs in Slime Rancher 2

First, you will need to head to Ember Valley. Make sure you have a boom, tabby and batty plort with you. After that, from there, take the right instead of the left at the big pillar between the paths to the waterfall area and the lava area. Head to where this Geiser is adjacent to a waterfall.

You will have to jetpack your way behind it. From there you will have to spend your plorts and travel down the chute to Powderfall Bluffs.

From there you will find yourself in the all-new winter wonderland in Slime Rancher 2 with a unique nighttime function. During the night, aurora bridges can take you to hidden areas to collect new resources. Like the “Perfect Snowflakes” and caves where you can extract “Slime Fossils”. Also during nighttime, you can find the new Saber Slimes. Their diet will be meat, but that is not the only new slime. I came across a “Yolky Slime” passing by a chicken’s nest. However, you can not feed these slimes so it is strange to see them roaming about.
