Warframe – Cyte-09 Build and Review

With Warframe: 1999 being just a week old now. Players have been getting their hands on some of the signature items from the expansion. Such as Cyte-09, the newest stealth sniper warframe to be added to the game. With a gemini skin counterpart for Quincy from the expansions main quest. Cyte-09 is a very strong lone wolf style warframe, with an easy way of conquering the battlefield with the right build.

Warframe Cyte-09 Build

Below is the build I have come up with after taking him into numerous high-end missions. Such as Steel Path, and Netracells. You will need at least two forma for this build, and I recommend getting a full Arcane Crepuscular set:

The reason for needing a full Arcane Crepuscular set is to take full advantage of Cyte-09’s third and fourth abilities. Considering you will be invisible, and summoning the exalted sniper rifle with a 75% efficiency rate to ensure you can use it continuously. While the range may seem low considering his first ability is reliant on it, in other tile sets you will want to set yourself up more in different rooms, even with the generous duration afforded to you. The exalted sniper is going to hit like a truck and leave a massive bleed effect on every enemy you hit if they do not die from the initial shot. Obviously, you can change Radiated Reload out for anything else but stacking all of your chips into damage alongside the new Primary Acuity and critical chance and damage is a no brainer. Finally, below will be the Archon Shards I chose for him:

These are purely for flavor; you swap any of these out for different options if you so choose to. But how does Cyte-09 perform overall?

Cyte-09 Review

As stated before, Cyte-09 is going to be a lone wolf warframe. I have played in various groups, and due to how his kit is set up, only his first and second abilities will help a squad. His third and fourth abilities on the other hand allow him to completely clean house across any and all activities. The exalted sniper hits like an Efervon Tank, and with the efficiency and duration at those specific numbers, you can use it for as long as you need it to.

Cyte-09 is an absolute must have, do bounties, buy his parts from Amir or if you were lucky enough to get a market item discount coupon? Buy him. He is very much worth the investment.
