Over the past year, we have heard several times from PlayStation leadership Jim Ryan and Herman Hulst, that expansion into the PC market is a huge part of the company’s future. This has been cemented today with the announcement of two big PlayStation 5 titles will be heading to PC in 2023. It was announced earlier tonight at the Game Awards that Returnal the roguelike shooter from developers Housemarque would be coming to PC very soon. Now later in the show, a flagship PlayStation title will be coming to PC for the first time this March with The Last Of Us Part 1.
In a reveal, during the main show of the Game Awards, it was revealed that The Last Of Us Part 1 will be coming to PC on March 3rd, 2023. This is a huge milestone for PlayStation’s expansion into the PC space as Naughty Dog now has two of its biggest games on PC. With the release of Uncharted: Legacy Of Thieves earlier this year, and now The Last Of Us making its way to PC. It really brings up the question of what the next game could be. Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart? Horizon: Forbidden West? Only time will tell, hopefully, we will get more information about this upcoming PC release in the coming months.
