Zhang Liang, General of Man

Wo Long Zhang Liang

Attack Patterns

  • Tail Attack
  • Jump Attack
  • Unblockable Attacks
  • Tentacle/Mace Attack (Second Form)

Wo Long Boss Guide – Zhang Liang Strategy

The game’s very first boss is luckily straightforward. Since Zhang Liang is the first boss, this is a good opportunity to hone in on your blocking and parrying skills. Be sure to always block and parry his attacks and wait for an opening.

Be careful of his tail attack, it will do a lot of damage if you’re not careful. Fortunately, Zhang Liang is slow and sluggish, so it’s easy to outmaneuver him.

The best thing to do is keep parrying Zhang and get the timing down on his unblockable attacks. Once you take him to 0%, this kicks in his second form. His left hand grows out into a tentacle.

During the second form, make sure to stay on his left-hand side or directly behind him as much as you can. You can also try to stay on the side of his mace. It is essential to try to stagger Zhang Liang as much as you can. There isn’t much of a window land hits so be patient and keep dishing out the pain.

Zhuyan

Attack Patterns

  • Basic Attacks (runs up and hits you 2-3 times)
  • Unblockable Attack from Distance
  • Unblockable Jump Attack
  • Tail Spin Attack (if you stay too long behind him)

Wo Long Boss Guide – Zhuyan Strategy

The best way to fight Zhuyan is to stay in front of him. Block and parry his attacks he does right in front of you. After a few seconds, he will be more aggressive. However, as long as you are parrying or blocking his attacks, he won’t stagger you as easily.

Sometimes he jumps back and does his unblockable attack from distance. If you learn the timing for the distance unblockable attack and keep staggering him, you will get through this boss easily.

Fengxi

Wo Long Fengxi

Attack Patterns

  • Basic Attacks
    • Horn Attacks (up close)
    • Jump Attack
    • Charge Attack
  • Unblockable Attacks
    • Same as his basic attacks, but unblockable
    • Charge attack (Fengxi goes to the other side of the map and runs at you)
    • Jump attack ( Fengxi walks over to you, dodge right when he almost touches you)

Wo Long Boss Guide – Fengxi

Fengxi is a massive boss in Wo Long that is slow for the most part. But, if you’re not careful he can quickly get close to you in a matter of seconds.

The easiest way to fight this boss is to do a couple of hits here and there and parry as much as you can. Don’t get greedy and remain patient.

Also, make sure to not run after Fengxi if he runs away from you. Because he might pull off one of his unblockable attacks on you while you run toward him.

Keep these tips in mind while you parry his unblockable attacks and you will eventually kill Fengxi.
