TennoLive was filled with lots of exciting news for players old and new. We got to see the next Nightwave (or Shockwave) and more Soulframe content. But Digital Extremes kept the community excited throughout the show with the announcement of the fall update for Warframe. While they usually do their normal bit of calling updates “Unannounced” as a running joke, this next fall update actually has a name. That being “Iceblade of Narin”. This update is going to bring a little of the usual fall update content into the game, presumably in October.
Details on Iceblade of Narin in Warframe
The Iceblade of Narin update is going to bring with it a brand new warframe, Narin. She is going to be the second ice-centered one since Frost is the only one that mainly uses that damage type. But that’s not all; they announced the Prime warframe coming in this update, that being Citrine Prime. She will most likely come with the Corufell Prime, as the Steflos Prime was confirmed during the Art panel. There will also be Operator/Drifter cosmetics in her Prime Accessories pack.
Also coming in this update are two new deluxe skins. One for Qorvex, and one for Banshee. We already saw Qorvex deluxe, and he looks absolutely stunning. But when it comes to Banshee deluxe, it is an interesting choice, as she is a frame that has been stuck in limbo essentially. That is, until this update, where she will finally be receiving a rework. The details on her rework will be featured in the next Devstream.
